Equipping Our Team to know their rights and responsibilities as employees, and our Youth with a toolkit to take with them into the working world to know the difference between reasonable expectations of employers and breaches on their rights as an employee.
As part of our Staff Development Programme, Sparrow Society partnered with LabourExcel to provide training around the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, the disciplinary process, CCMA procedures, fair/unfair dismissals and what their responsibilities as employees are in order to minimize the risk for disciplinary action.
